A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to provide essential pharmacy services in a 25-bed critical access hospital located in Black River Falls, WI. This contract role offers a dynamic work environment with a diverse caseload including ER, Labor & Delivery, and Medical-Surgical patients. The hospital manages an average daily census of 10-12 patients and operates with the electronic health record system Cerner and medication dispensing via Pyxis.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and dispense medications accurately and safely to patients across multiple units including Emergency Room, Labor & Delivery, and Medical-Surgical.


• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and support patient care plans.


• Utilize Cerner EMR and Pyxis systems to document and manage medication distribution.
