Summary:

This position is responsible for clinical oversight of patients on specialty medications being serviced by the UCHealth Specialty Pharmacy. The Clinical Pharmacist, Specialty Pharmacy will deliver high-level patient care for patients initiating and continuing specialty medication prescribed within UCHealth. Care will be delivered from a central call center to patients across the UCHealth enterprise.
