**Job Description:**
The Pharmacist - Specialty Pharmacist will practice in an integrated, team-based care model providing pharmaceutical care and drug distribution services in accordance with policies, practice standards, and regulatory requirements. The pharmacist will develop and maintain positive relationships with nurses, providers, patients, and other members of the care team to achieve desired outcomes and excellent patient care. The position will support all aspects of the daily pharmacy department activities, including training of new staff and pharmacy students, supervision of the pharmacy technicians and interns, resolution of customer service issues, billing, record keeping, monthly audits, and other functions necessary for optimal specialty pharmacy performance.
