Position Overview

Job Description
  • Assist Retail Supervisor to achieve sales targets for the retail pharmacy.
  • Provide good customer service and respond to customers’ queries and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Promote product offerings and make recommendations that suit customers’ needs.
  • Arrange delivery of products for subsidised patients and process subsidies.
  • Responsible for opening and closing the pharmacy.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all in-store merchandise is well displayed with up‑to‑date price tags.
  • Operate POS systems for payments, discounts, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Ensure accuracy in handling float, cash, and transactions.
  • Report any revenue discrepancies to the Pharmacy Manager.
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels and rotate inventory in FEFO order.
  • Monitor inventory expiry dates.
  • Generate purchase orders and perform accurate and efficient stock receipt.
