The Pharmacy Retail Associate will provide quality customer service and assist the retail supervisor in ensuring smooth operations in the retail pharmacy.
Job Responsibilities Operational - Ensure that the store is opened punctually and computer systems are user-ready
- Monitor the queue and actively respond to reduce the waiting time of patients
- Ensure that the float is ready and prepared on time
- Actively promote weekly specials and practice plus‑selling
- Operating cash register and handling of cash in the pharmacy
- Ensure good housekeeping at retail trading, storage areas and at retail shop floor
- Maintain store security (e.g. stocks, premise and stored information) at all times
- Maintain proper records and maintenance of the equipment used in the pharmacy
