In this position, you will work under the direct supervision of the AMS Pharmacist to provide essential administrative and non-clinical support. Your work directly ensures the smooth operation of our Anticoagulation Management Services program and helps maintain high-quality care for our patients.
Qualifications
Education & Experience

• Education Requirements: High school diploma, or G.E.D.
• Work Experience: Previous pharmacy technician experience of at least 3 years

Responsibilities
Patient Engagement & Communication

• Manage phone lines: Answer incoming calls and route inquiries or escalate concerns to the pharmacist.
• Outreach: Complete INR reminder calls and notify patients of normal INR results.
