General Statement

MSU Student Health Services serves the diverse health needs of the MSU student body through an integrated model designed to reduce barriers to care. The SHS Pharmacy operates within the Student Wellness Center and serves as a critical component of the campus healthcare ecosystem. This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and works under the direct supervision of licensed pharmacists. Duties and Responsibilities

Process and dispense prescriptions under pharmacist supervision in compliance with Montana Board of Pharmacy regulations

Strictly maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times

Deliver courteous, professional service to MSU students

Manage medication inventory including controlled substances

Process insurance claims and billing

Over-the-counter and retail sale management
