Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite Only)
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST (Not Flexible)
Key Responsibilities
• Review referral documentation to ensure all required information is complete and accurate.
• Create patient profiles from scanned and faxed documents by accurately entering patient and provider information.
• Conduct an initial review of prescriptions to verify clinical accuracy and readiness for processing.
• Communicate with providers regarding referral status, prescription clarifications, missing documentation, and patient concerns.
• Maintain concise and accurate progress notes to ensure visibility throughout the referral workflow.
