Job Details

Works in a collaborative, team-oriented environment answering phones, triaging customer service issues and preparing prescription and non-prescription medication.

Assists the Pharmacist with entering prescription information into system of record.

Maintains patient records, bills insurance and/or customers and resolves questions around billing through the proper channels.

Assures medications are available for patients by assisting with ordering, stocking shelves and communicating supply issues.

Requirements

Pharmacy Technician certification in state of work location
