The Flex Pharmacy Technician supports both prescription verification and fulfillment operations to ensure pet medication orders are processed accurately, safely, and in compliance with all applicable regulations. This role is responsible for reviewing prescription information, resolving discrepancies, communicating with veterinary offices and customers, and assisting pharmacists in delivering high-quality pharmacy services. The technician helps maintain accurate documentation while ensuring prescriptions meet federal and state requirements before dispensing.

In addition to verification responsibilities, the Flex Pharmacy Technician prepares and packages prescriptions for shipment, manages inventory and pharmacy supplies, operates pharmacy equipment and software, and supports quality assurance initiatives.
