Responsibilities
Process and support prescription workflows in Prime Rx or similar pharmacy management systems such as Pioneer Rx, Rx30, Best Rx, QS1, Computer Rx, Enterprise Rx, Framework LTC, or Epic Willow.
Support pharmacy claims processing, insurance follow up, prior authorization workflows, billing queues, data entry, and exception review.
Assist with 340 B operational checks, contract pharmacy support, duplicate discount and diversion awareness, and documentation follow through.
Work in our Open Claw automation environment and support live SQL assisted workflows under defined access controls...
