Job Responsibilities - Assistant to Senior Pharmacist
- Understand the process and operations
- Assist pharmacist to lead a team of up to 15 staff and ensure that all are trained up to the predetermined competency level for the operations
- Assist Pharmacist to develop SOPs and procedure in accordance with the requirement of the customers and in alignments
- Plan work schedule and overtime accordingly based on workload
- To assist pharmacist to provide reports whenever required in relation to the above
- To assist pharmacist on document control of related documents is maintained timely & effectively
- Customer engagement on work requirement and deviation reports
- Ensure compliance of processess to SOP/WI and other requirements
