This Position reports to the Supervisor-Pharmacy Automation Systems and fulfills all standard duties of a pharmacy technician, with the following additional responsibilities: Serve as the primary pharmacy technician resource for blister packaging automation technologies and centralized compliance packaging operations. Maintain, replenish, and operate multiple compliance packaging automated dispensing systems according to manufacturer guidelines and established inventory protocols. Perform routine troubleshooting on compliance packaging automation, escalating issues as appropriate. Manage and update drug files and configuration settings within compliance packaging dispensing systems to ensure accurate and safe medication delivery.
