Job Description:
The Phlebotomist plays a key role in supporting specimen collection, processing, and workflow efficiency. This position assists with daily operations, troubleshooting, training, and ensuring high‑quality patient care.

Job Duties:

+ Perform venipunctures and accurately label all specimens.

+ Centrifuge specimens and document maintenance activities.

+ Decontaminate work areas and update patient information as needed.

+ Collect, store, and prepare specimens following established procedures.

+ Clearly explain venipuncture and specimen collection processes to patients.

+ Demonstrate proper technique using straight or butterfly needles.

+ Match laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes with 100...
