Job Description
The Phlebotomist II plays a key role in providing high-quality patient care by performing blood draws and other specimen collections, processing and preparing samples for testing, and supporting efficient workflow across multiple clinical locations. This position involves troubleshooting, training, and making workflow recommendations while delivering excellent customer service to a primarily adult and geriatric patient population, with pediatric patients as needed.
Responsibilities

+ Perform blood draws using straight needles and butterfly needles, ensuring safe and accurate venipuncture for patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric.

+ Collect and store specimens, including blood, urine, and fecal samples, in accordance with established procedures and test requirements.
