The Phlebotomist plays a key role in supporting laboratory operations by performing high-quality specimen collection, handling, and processing, while also contributing to troubleshooting, training, and workflow improvement. This position focuses on accurate venipuncture and other specimen collection methods, meticulous labeling and documentation, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced clinical or laboratory environment.
Responsibilities

+ Perform venipunctures and blood draws using straight needles and butterfly needles with a high level of accuracy and patient care.
