The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $23.53 – $35.31.

**Job Summary**

The Lab Assistant – Phlebotomy Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Lab Assistant / Phlebotomy team at designated In Office Phlebotomy or Patient Service Center locations. This position involves leading a local team of Lab Assistants / Phlebotomists. Performs, monitors, and troubleshoots the more complex needs of the department.
