TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees phlebotomy operations and personnel on all shifts including scheduling available staff in an efficient manner.Communicate Facility Concerns to Area managersWork with Area Managers and other Field personnel in such a way as to provide excellent customer service.Must be able to work under minimal supervision and accurately maintain time records.Regularly reviews phlebotomy competency, providing training, skills assessment and in-service education of assigned staff as required.Monitoring STAT’s, Peak & Trough and after hours specimen collection.Interacts with Phlebotomy Manager and Laboratory Director to ensure that these personnel are trained in such a way as to provide phlebotomy services satisfactorily and within local, state and federal regulations.Prepares and evaluates reports indicating phlebotomy prod...
