Insulet Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional to provide clinically focused customer education and support for the Omnipod products. This role involves assisting customers with onboarding and troubleshooting while promoting insulin pump therapy.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a clinical field and have 2–3 years of experience within a clinical setting, preferably with diabetes patients. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is essential.

This position is primarily onsite with eligible hybrid work, and candidate will need to maintain compliance while documenting customer interactions thoroughly.
