Insight Global is hiring multiple Photolithography Equipment Technicians for a leading Semiconductor company in Austin, TX. These technicians will be specialized in Semiconductor Photolithography Equipment Maintenance will work in their 24/7 main FAB and interact with multiple disciplines. Technician's will be performing complete daily tool checks, will have quick responses to breakdown maintenance, complete scheduled preventative maintenance in a timely manner to minimize stop loss, troubleshoot complex problems, and monitor equipment processes. Day-To-Day: - Experience with the following tools is desired: ASML TWINSCAN, ASML PASS 5500 Scanner, TELACT8 Track, TEL LITHIUS, or LITHIUS PRO Z Track Photolithography tools. - Troubleshoot and repair all hardware and process failures for above tools. - Perform preventative maintenance activities following standardized work documents. - Use SPC charts and FabGuard Fault Detection (FDC) software to evaluate tool performance ...
