Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Photolithography Process Engineer to support high-volume semiconductor manufacturing operations in Chandler, AZ. This individual will play a critical role in optimizing photolithography processes primarily with TEL Tracks (ACT 8 / Mark 7), in addition to ASML Scanners, Canon Steppers, and KLA metrology systems. The engineer will work closely with both equipment and device teams to drive process stability, reduce variation, and enable zero-defect manufacturing.
As a process owner, this individual will be responsible for identifying long-term process trends, reducing sources of variation, and improving overall yield performance. This includes driving reductions in wafer scrap and photo rework, implementing Statistical Process Control (SPC) using Six Sigma methodologies, and developing robust Out of Control Action Plans (OCAPs).
