Develop and implement automated tests to support production lines, ensuring seamless integration. Provide essential test tools to the R&D team during prototype development phases. Partner with contract manufacturers to test beta prototypes, pre‑production, and high‑volume production units. Analyze production data to optimize test time and improve yields as production scales. Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions for components, subsystems, and field failures. Facilitate the transition of new products from lab environments to high‑volume production across diverse sites.
