Overview

Position: Physical Activity Instructor / Hobby Instructor, Parkour - Specialist

Location: Leppävaara (Mon–Thu afternoons) and Central-Poho Espoo (Tue–Thu afternoons). Fixed-term employment: September 1, 2026 – May 15, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead hobby classes for elementary school children; teach the basics of parkour and tricks.
• Act as an inspiring and safe coach; create a relaxed atmosphere where participants can dare to be themselves, learn, and progress at their own skill level.
• Ensure implementation of Safe Space principles in all coaching situations.

Qualifications

• Sufficient knowledge, skills, and experience in guiding children’s physical activity groups.
• Good group management skills.
• Humane and encouraging working attitude.
• Willingness to commit to the fixed-term position and to carry out responsibilities reliably.
