Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for visa sponsorship. The University will not sponsor applicants for work visas (e.g., H-1B).

The primary duty station for this position is located at NASA's Stennis Space Center in Hancock County, Mississippi. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of all University of Southern Mississippi pre-employment requirements. The selected candidate must also be eligible to obtain and maintain the credentials required for access to Stennis Space Center.

This position reports administratively to the Mississippi-Alabama Sea Grant Consortium (MASGC) Director and receives day-to-day technical supervision from the Gulf of Mexico Coastal Ocean Observing System (GCOOS). The position includes dual su...
