Overview

We are looking for a Physical Security and Executive Protection Specialist to support the Country Security Manager in Finland, drive Nordea’s Executive Protection programme, and contribute to the Nordea Group’s Physical & People Security unit across the Nordics, Poland, and Estonia. The role operates from Nordea’s HQ in Helsinki and collaborates closely with the Finnish Country Security Manager on physical security and executive protection matters.

Responsibilities

• Further develop and coordinate Nordea’s Executive Protection Programme, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners.
• Assist and support risk assessments related to executive protection and events.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and other instructions related to executive protection.
