TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPIST needed ASAPScheduling requirements: Monday- Friday 8-430for Acute Care PT OR OUTPATIENT PT2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A HOPSITAL SETTING REQUIREDBLS REQUIREDValid VA PT licenseType of equipment : Outpatient: Treadmill, Parallel bars, Game Ready, NUSTEP x2, Upper/Lower Body Bike, US, Estim, Cupping, Dry NeedlingDocumentation system: Acute Care: Meditech; Outpatient: RedocProcedures performed on unit: Acute Care Setting: Typical physical therapy assessment to progress patient to next level of care whether it be outpatient, home health, or skilled therapy facility. Outpatient therapy is also provided here at our facility, again, assessing patient to return to their prior level of care.
