Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Wisconsin state license to practice Physical Therapy required to start the position.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting preferred.
- Availability to work Days shift. Scheduled shift: Days , 5x8.
