Join Our Team as a Home Health Physical Therapist (PT).
Qualifications for the position include:
Graduate of a physical therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA or its equivalent Licensed or registered to practice as a PT in the state of practice Preferably at least two (2) years of experience as a PT, supervising a Physical Therapist Assistant in Home Health Extensive and diverse training in areas such as orthopedic, neurology, cardio-pulmonary, etc. Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given Self-directing and able to work with little direct supervision Possesses and maintains current CPR certification Flexible and cooperative in fulfilling role obligations Demonstrates tact, patience, and good personal hygiene Licensed driver with an insured automobile in accordance with Lorian Health requirements Abil...
