Job Title: Physical Therapist

Location: Joshua Tree, CA 92252

Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Payrate: $75-$80/hour



Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients/residents and develop treatment plans with goals and activities; update as needed.
  
• Provide therapeutic instruction and direct physical therapy as prescribed by a physician.
  
• Communicate clearly with patients/residents about progress, issues, and home programs.
  
• Share observations and updates with interdisciplinary team members and in team meetings.
  
• Monitor patient progress weekly (or as required) and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
