Salary Range: $114,000–$129,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview

The Physical Therapist provides high-quality physical therapy services to older adults across home and center settings within a multidisciplinary care model. Working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and social workers, the PT develops individualized treatment plans that improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life.
