Provides physical therapy services to support student access and participation in the educational program. Evaluates physical functioning and mobility, implements therapeutic interventions, and consults with staff and families. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to support student participation in accordance with IEPs, Section 504 plans, and division standards and practices.
