Position Summary:



Provide physical therapy care programs or portions thereof to individuals receiving services.



Principle Duties and Responsibilities:




+ Administer PT assessment/evaluation/re-evaluation of individuals receiving services.





+ Develop individual and group therapy goals in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, based on assessment results.





+ Provide physical therapy treatments as indicated in evaluation and goals.





+ Demonstrate appropriate interactions with each individual receiving service to enhance individual performance.





+ Provide in-service training and consultation to staff, parents, and other professional personnel regarding adaptive equipment, positioning and other intervention techniques.
