Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Arizona Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to the assignment start.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Minimum experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred.
• Experience treating musculoskeletal conditions and using standard outpatient equipment such as therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise progression.
• Client-specific requirement: ability to work a 5x8 schedule during daytime hours.
