Active Oregon Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Must be able to work expected productivity: approximately 60 visits per week and 12–14 patients per day; double-booking of follow-up visits expected.
