- Shift / Schedule: 5x8 Days, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Job Summary
Critical Access Hospital. Primarily outpatient, but will also cover some inpatient and SNF.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services
- Cover inpatient physical therapy needs as required
- Provide skilled nursing facility (SNF) physical therapy services as needed
