Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
Active South Dakota PTA license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility or long‑term care setting preferred.
Experience providing therapy for geriatric populations, transfers, gait training, and ADL‑focused interventions preferred.
