Physical Therapy - PT SNF

Physical Therapist (PT) permanent placement opportunity in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and VA setting with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. This role offers approximately 40 hours per week with no weekend rotation, providing a stable work-life balance in a rehabilitative care environment. The PT will evaluate and treat patients with a focus on improving mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence. Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapist experience
• Active State PT License required
• BLS certification required
• Experience in SNF, rehab, or VA setting preferred
