We are seeking a Full Time provider for our Heritage Center located in Huntington, WV. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. New grads are welcome to apply.

The base salary range for this position is 100,000 - $116,000 / year, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.
