The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will work collaboratively with other APPs, residents, and hand surgeons within the Department of Orthopedics and Rehabilitation. The APP will be expected to provide outstanding care to patients in the outpatient settings as well as demonstrate proficiency in the operating room and ambulatory surgery center, although position will be mostly clinical. Clinical duties include seeing new, return, and post-operative patients in addition to preforming preoperative physical examinations.
