GENERAL SUMMARY:

Under the general guidance of the medical director, the Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with diseases and adverse health conditions following the written guidelines approved by the department.


This is a position with the hospitalist team. Responsibilities include: managing your own patients, admissions, codes, rapid response and nursing calls. The APP will rotate between nights and days on a monthly basis. Holidays and weekends are rotational as well. This is a great team of APPs and physicians working to care for our patients 24/7.
