**Job Description:**

Highland Hospital is seeking a Full-Time Advance Practice Provider Lead for our ICU team. The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner that take this role will be tasked w/ both clinical and administrative responsbilities for the Advance Practice team in the ICU.

Some duties include but are not limited to:
Provides comprehensive care with an emphasis on health promotion and education. This includes identification, management, and/or referral of health problems in collaboration with various health care specialists. All assessments and medical planning of care are accomplished under the direction of the patient's attending physician.
