Duties
Help
The incumbent should be able to diagnose and treat all of the common general surgical conditions, including malignancies of the gastrointestinal tract (stomach, small and large intestine), gallbladder, endocrine system, skin and soft tissue. Experience and interest in vascular access (AV fistula creation especially), upper and lower endoscopy, and advanced laparoscopy is preferred. The candidate will be expected to participate in call schedule after hours and at least one weekend a month, and will need to possess the ability to respond promptly in emergent situations.
