Position:
Hospital serving community of 80,000 is looking to add another Oncologist to the team
Physician may have a Medical or Hematology trained background, position is general
Responsibilities include Physician oversite during all treatment hours and seeing scheduled patient visits
Follow ups are 20 mins, new patients are 1 hour, and bone marrows are 1 hour slots
Treatment plans are done at time of visit, sending proceed with treatment orders done at time of visit
Physicians average 14-16 patients a day and chemo center services 20 patients a day
4 RNs, Nurse Practitioner, and MAs onsite for chemo and INF center
8 room clinic connected to chemo center and infusion center, with its own oncology pharmacy
