Overview

Lifemark Health provides comprehensive rehabilitation focused assessment and intervention for patients who are experiencing barriers transitioning to life after service due to service related injuries or a biopsychosocial approach. Assessment and intervention services are performed by an interdisciplinary team. Our clients come from a variety of sources including Worksafe BC, Partners in Canadian Veterans Rehabilitation Services (PCVRS), and others.

Responsibilities

As part of the interdisciplinary team, the Physician shall use evidence and measurement‑based care to perform the following:

• Complete a thorough assessment of presenting eligible health problems
• Perform medication review and identify drug therapy problems
• Clarify relevant medical issues including comorbid conditions
• Clarify diagnosis and prognosis related to eligible health problems
