 PATIENT INFORMATION 
 Patient Volume/Census: 20-25 per day
Case Mix: Malignant and Benign Oncology, Hematology
 FACILITY INFORMATION 
 Specialty Backup Available: Nurse Triage Service, Hospitalist
 PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE 
 Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
