The Palliative Care Service at Montefiore Medical Center, Academic Center for the Albert Einstein College of Medicine is seeking a full-time Palliative Care Physician to join our team. The Palliative Medicine Physician will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide inpatient consultation to patients with serious illness who are seeking assistance with advanced symptom management, clarifying goals of care, addressing end of life issues and care, and transition planning. Consults will be provided to all types of admissions including medical, surgical, and ICU as well as in the ED and will augment care provided by the medical and surgical teams.
