Responsibilities Provide comprehensive geriatric clinical care evaluation and management of geriatric syndromes (frailty, cognitive impairment, delirium, falls, gait disorders, incontinence, polypharmacy, and deprescribing). Conduct structured geriatric injury and functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based care plans.
