Working Hours Monday to Friday, standard office hours. 1 half Saturday required per month.
Responsibilities - Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy, developing and implementing appropriate treatment plans.
- Document patient records and maintain up-to-date performance statistics.
- Ensure accurate billing and compliance with clinical and service standards.
- Supervise Therapist Assistants and provide guidance to new physiotherapists joining the team. Mentor students on clinical attachments.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in patient care discussions.
- Support or co-lead projects assigned to the physiotherapy team.
- Oversee and maintain therapy equipment and manage inventory.
- Review and update clinical protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
