This role offers a contract opportunity focused on delivering rehabilitation to clients unable to participate in outpatient services. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments for WSIB clients
• Develop and implement personalized therapy programs

• Educate clients on recovery and self-management techniques
