South Health Campus (SHC) services Calgary and the surrounding rural areas and was designed as a referral centre for Southern Alberta. The primary caseload for this Casual position is on the In-Patient Medicine team with potential for coverage on other acute care units as required including the emergency department and intensive care unit. Under general supervision from the Allied Health Assistant Manager and support from the Clinical Practice Leader, this Casual Physical Therapist I position is primarily responsible to providing direct patient care responsible for the assessment and treatment of patients referred to the service as well as development, implementation and evaluation of individual treatment programs according to professional practice standards.
